Life Insurance/Annuity product-based Marketing Organization has an open position for its Michigan Sales Manager. Unique business model servicing in excess of 5,000 established clients throughout Michigan via team of seasoned 1099 independant contractor Sales Agents. $60+ M Annual Sales Volume.
Position reports to Owner/Founder and is held accountable to Agent production. Proven "new client generation" methods and capitalization of on-going sales oportunity exists through established "Annual Review" process. Product and services menu is catagorizied as Comprehensive Estate and Financial Planning, including but not limited to: Life Insurance, Annuities, Long Tern Care and Securities.
Requirements:
10 years Sales Management experience in Life/Annuity Arena. Demonstrate focus on Revenue generation through hands on sales leadership, product training, motivational mind set and measurable results.
